- Tuna Cheek
- Each Tuna, like humans, have two cheeks(duh).
- The texture of the Tuna Cheek is quite like no other fish. It is firm to the touch yet tender at the same time. We have seen the appearance of Tuna Cheek in some Omakase and Izakaya restaurants but it is relatively uncommon in many restaurants here in Singapore.
- Good for a simple pan sear and grilled with salt.
*Do place your orders 3 days in advance when planning for your parties because products are specially flown in upon order and we would not want to disappoint all you foodies (:
