- This particular cut is cut out from the collarbone of the Tuna. It comprises of a portion of Otoro, Chutoro and Akami on the bone.
- We particularly love this cut. Wonderful when seasoned with salt then broiled in the oven and ready to eat in 15mins upon defrosting.
- Its flesh is, well.. Picture it, firm and juicy. We are salivating already!

- Recommended to season with salt then roast it in the oven.
